GymXplode offers digital marketing, AI-powered automation, lead generation, business optimisation strategies, and related consulting services to gyms and fitness businesses. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of our Services at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment for Services must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed. By subscribing to our services, you authorise recurring billing in accordance with your selected plan. You can cancel future billing at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
Due to the digital and consultative nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once services have commenced, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or re-performance of services if we fail to meet consumer guarantees under the law.
By opting into our services or newsletter, you consent to receiving marketing communications from us via email, SMS, or other digital means. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in emails or replying "STOP" to SMS.
Upon sending "STOP," we will automate your opt-out status on our system. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or send "START", and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
